About Marissa

I am a responsible, reliable, and fun loving person who would love to help out over the summer! I have had experience with a wide age range, from toddlers to 5th grade, and I really enjoy interacting with kids of all ages. I worked at a summer camp and a before-and-after school program for over 4 years and gained so much from that: lots of games to play, craft ideas, CPR certification, and more! My goal as a caregiver is to create a fun environment where kids can explore, create, and laugh while still being safe. I love to get outside and go for walks, play at the park, or just enjoy the sun. Currently I am just looking for a summer position as I am currently a commuting college student studying elementary education, and my fall semester will begin at the end of August. However, if you need a babysitter for weekends, I would be available in the fall!
