About Marissa

I'm a recent spring 2020 graduate from GSU. I have a bachelor's degree in film & video & a minor in art history. I also graduated high school with the International Baccalaureate diploma. I've grown up taking care of kids, as I am the eldest of 5 kids. Currently, my siblings range from 21 to 13, so I have experience with not only multiple ages but also multiple grade levels. This also means I have experience with the mountains of homework & last minute science fair projects that come along with each grade. I've had to grow up with a lot of responsibilities being that I started taking care of my siblings when I was 12. I have a car, so transportation will not be an issue. I'm well versed in the boredom & freedom that summer can bring for kids as well. I have lived in 4 different states, so I am used to & excited about meeting new people! I am currently looking for full time or part-time work.

Marissa was our full-time Summer 2016 nanny. She did an AMAZING job keeping two very active children (ages 3 and 4) busy with all sorts of activities, lessons, games, songs, stories, and outside play all day long. She also drove them to swim lessons each week. We had very early hours (she had to be at our home by 6:15am) and she was always on time. Our kids loved her and were sad to say goodbye at the end of the summer. We would hire Marissa again in a heartbeat!
