About Marissa

We have had the pleasure of knowing Marissa for the past 8 years, and she has been an incredible part of our family’s journey. She first came into our lives as a backup sitter whenever our full-time nanny was unavailable and quickly became our trusted date-night sitter. As our children got older and their school, sports, and extracurricular activities often pulled us in different directions, Marissa seamlessly stepped in to provide the additional coverage our family needed. When our full-time nanny needed to make a change for her own family, Marissa was the natural choice to become our full-time nanny while also taking on the role of house manager. Marissa is kind, caring, patient, dependable, and incredibly responsible. She expertly manages our children’s school schedules, sports, and activities, ensuring everyone is where they need to be while keeping things running smoothly. On days without scheduled activities, she thoughtfully plans fun outings and engaging activities while also recognizing the importance of giving the kids time to relax and recharge. In her role as house manager, Marissa goes above and beyond to keep our household running smoothly. She helps with grocery shopping, meal planning and preparing family meals, keeps our common areas tidy, unloads the dishwasher, stays on top of our family’s laundry, and runs errands that make our busy lives so much easier. Marissa has become much more than an employee—she is someone we trust completely and consider part of our family. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her.
