About Marissa

For the past 10 years, I've dedicated myself to fostering children's growth and development. With a graduate degree in Education and many hours of childcare experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my care. I am a certified public school teacher with experience in grades 1, 4, and 6. I have also worked in infant and preschool care. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I follow the parents' lead on household rules and communication preferences. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I am comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages. I am also happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I find immense joy in witnessing children learn and explore the world around them.
