I hired Marissa last minute on short notice and she was wonderful! Very prompt, great with my two boys and they had a fantastic time and keep asking for her again! 

I saw the reviews about no Show, I asked her about it and she said it could have been her sister. I  still wanted to give Marrissa the benefit of doubt. We interviewed her Saturday for a job posting the following Monday. Decided to go with her sent a text the Sunday to ask for confirmation and she didn't respond to any of my  messages. I actually also texted her the Monday ( she didn't show and still  no response). I should have paid attention to the other reviewers. Very disappointing, it would be nice to get communication back. 

Marissa was warm, caring, and great with communication. She did great with my 4 month old and would definitely hire again. She seemed very reliable and we were lucky she was available on short notice. 

Very helpful, flexible. My children enjoyed sitter time and looking forward to next sitting my children's safety and happiness are first on the list and Marrissa touch all checkboxes in a good way.

Marissa is great! She's very professional and our kids are always happy to have her over! 

Marissa is always promptly on time and my boys love having her around. 

This caregiver, engaged through Care.com, was a conspicuous absentee, resulting in considerable inconvenience. Providing no communication regarding her inability to maintain the appointment, this resulted in palpable strain on my wife's schedule. The eager anticipation of our children to meet her was met with disappointment. This incident underscores a marked deficiency in dependability, accountability, and communication. Regrettably, I cannot endorse her candidacy for subsequent assignments. 

Marissa was a little late but other than that she was very attentive to my 1 year old. I was able to observe her because I work from home. My toddler asked for her multiple times after she left so I know she left a good impression on her.

Cordial but not reliable; 2 minutes before starting time, she said she'd be late because her car broke down.  90 minutes later she cancelled.

I would absolutely recommend Marissa for child care. We came to Kansas City from out of town and she was there for us when we needed her. It's a good feeling to leave your children with someone that comes recommend. My children loved her and we would rehire. See you again soon Marissa, thank you!

Marissa is great with the kids! They warmed up to her so quickly. We trust her and know they are in good hands when they are with her. Her communication is great, as well. Something we've struggled to find is a reliable/consistent caregiver, and she has been the best yet! Hoping to keep her around for awhile. Definitely recommend her services!!

No-show for our interview.  I texted 15 minutes after the time that we were supposed to meet.  No response.  I messaged on care.com to clarify if I had the time/details wrong.  No response.

Marissa is phenomenal!  We only needed her 1-2 days a week and she was ALWAYS there. When my kids went virtual learning at the last minute,  Marissa didn't hesitate to be there for our family. 
I currently just had a baby and the day we went into the hospital Marissa showed up at the last minute to be there for my kids and my husband and I. 
Not only does my husband and I love her,  my kids ADORE her.  My kids would ask if I could work more so Marissa could come over more lol. But that's what I desperately wanted for my kids. For them to have a FRIEND watching them and not have it feel like a babysitter.  
We hope to continue to use her in the future!

Marissa was extremely sweet and genuine. Ava enjoyed her time with her! She is punctual, respectful, and most certainly dependable. I felt good knowing that she was in charge of the household while I was out! I definitely recommend her!! 

Marissa was great with our kids.  My daughter just glowed with excitement detailing the many activities they did.  And my son, the suspicious, reserved one, thought she was great.  Looking forward to using her again in the future.
