Hello all! My name is Marissa and I am a 26-year-old born and raised New Yorker. I moved to Clifton park about a year ago from Brooklyn, but grew up spending summers here with family. I have many years of both nannying and day care experience. I spend the last year working for a daycare but decided to work more independently. I'm currently looking for a great family to offer my care to. My availability is open and I do have my own transportation. I absolutely love working with all age ranges, but have a bit more experience with kids 7 and under! I have newborn experience as well and currently hold a CPR certification. Marissa rescheduled our interview three times. On all three occasions I agreed to the new time she requested and rearranged my schedule to make it work. Then she stood me up for the third (and final) time. When she reached out a half hour after our (fourth) agreed interview time, I told her that I didn't think it was worth rescheduling again because we need a reliable caregiver. Ironically, she said I wasn't "understanding to circumstances" enough even though I had changed my schedule three times to fit her needs.
