About Marissa

I am a certified elementary school teacher with 4 years of classroom experience and a licensed educator through 6th grade. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Educational Leadership and bring a strong foundation in child development, learning support, and creating engaging, nurturing environments for children. I am also a parent to three wonderful children, which has deepened my understanding of the patience, energy, and care needed to support kids at every stage. In addition to my teaching experience, I have prior nanny experience and truly miss working closely with babies and toddlers in a home setting. I am passionate about providing a safe, loving, and structured environment where children can grow, learn, and feel supported. I bring warmth, reliability, and an energetic, hands-on approach to caregiving and enjoy building meaningful relationships with both children and families.
