About Marissa

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, compassionate, and genuine. I like working with kids because they have a joy in life that is often lost as we grow older, and they are the future of our world. I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling; I want to use my talents to pour into families and kids, and hopefully make their lives a little brighter. I started working with kids when I was 17 years old. My first nannying job was for a family with three kids, all under the age of seven. I helped that family as they traveled internationally for a month and a half. In my spare time, I like to read, draw, hike, and spend time with the people I love! My skills include responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to multitask. I am well versed in keeping my eyes on several things at once. I am also able to pivot and work with what I'm given, adapting to any unforeseen challenges or situations. Lastly, I am responsible and always aware of exactly what is expected of me.
