About Marissa

Hey there! My name is Marissa and I am 22 years old. I have my bachelor's degree in Human Development with a concentration in Educational Psychology. Growing up, I raised my two younger brothers and have done multiple babysitting jobs on and off for family and friends. I have also worked for CDPAP as a personal care assistant for a teenager with autism in my hometown, and I was a nanny to three young children during my time in Albany. But, I am looking for a family to work with while I return to school at LIU to get my masters in Mental Health Counseling. I can handle the chaos, the mess, and the tantrums. But I also am organized, creative, innovative, and a good multitasker. And I simply love working with kids. I prioritize a good relationship with all of those with whom I work, and safety is my number one priority.
