In my previous role, I supported a child through key developmental stages-building routines like nap schedules and sleep training, guiding potty training, and encouraging independence. I incorporated learning into everyday play, including language development in both English and Spanish, basic sign language, and hands-on activities like arts, crafts, and outdoor adventures.
