About Marissa

Hi! My name is Marissa, I'm new to the Harrisburg area and open to part-time work. I'm an Early Literacy consultant and certified PreK-5 teacher. I have a Master's degree in Education, specializing in Early Childhood and Childhood Development. I'm also certified in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and have 6+ years of experience teaching and supporting young learners. I am very patient, kind, and reliable. I've taught English, Math, Science, and Social Studies for grades 3 and 5 and I've worked with students from Pre-K through 8th grade to support them in building their reading skills. If you're interested in my tutoring services, please let me know. I would be happy to talk more! Thank you, Marissa
