About Marissa

I am an energetic and responsible 19-year-old enrolled at Azusa Pacific University during the school year to become a future elementary educator. I have had experience serving in Kids Ministry, teaching lessons and keeping the classroom under control yet a safe learning space. I have also volunteered in after school programs to provide mentorship and tutoring to an elementary student throughout the school year. In addition, I began caregiving for my younger siblings beginning at the age of 12, however I began paid caregiving at the age of 15. I enjoy being outside, participating in creative activities, and making learning fun.
