About Marissa

Hi, I'm Marissa! I'm looking for a part-time nanny position with a wonderful family. I have 15+ years of childcare experience and genuinely love being a positive, nurturing presence in children's lives. I started babysitting at a young age, worked with children and adults with diverse abilities and support needs, and later became an au pair in France. I then continued my work as a nanny back home. I'm playful, creative, active, and hands-on. I love getting kids outside, doing art projects, building Legos, creating scavenger hunts, and encouraging their imaginations. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our two fur babies, gardening, biking, being outdoors, and playing basketball. Most importantly, I want the children I care for to feel seen, heard, supported, and encouraged to grow into kind, confident, and compassionate people.
