I have been fortunate to work with children and young adults with special needs, and this experience has shaped my passion for inclusion and care. I love creating a supportive environment where each child feels valued, understood, and celebrated for who they are. My work has included assisting with daily routines, adapting activities to individual strengths, and encouraging growth in both academic and personal skills. I take pride in helping students build confidence, communication, and independence while making sure they always feel safe and supported. For me, the most meaningful part of this work is celebrating every achievement--big or small--and watching each child shine in their own way. I believe that every child deserves patience, empathy, and respect, and I strive to bring that into every interaction. This role has deepened my commitment to fostering inclusion, kindness, and a sense of belonging for all children.
