Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me as a caregiver. For 12 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, and offering respite to their families. I provide services such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I'm also experienced in dementia care, including de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid. My approach is always person-centered, and I communicate regularly with families using their preferred method, whether it's through daily reports, texts, or phone calls.
