Making a difference in the lives of others is what drives me. For the past six years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. My approach is rooted in compassion and empathy, and I prioritize earning trust when building connections with those in my care. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines and de-escalating stressful situations, especially when handling confusion or agitation. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I keep families informed through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred communication style. I have CPR Training and First Aid Training.
