About Marisa

Hello! My name is Marisa . I am currently a 2nd grade teacher in the DOE looking for a part time babysitting job. Nurturing young minds is my passion, and I've dedicated the last six years to providing enriching care for children. My personality is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I played many sports growing up and played collegiate sports as well. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and always prioritize open communication with parents, adapting to your preferred method, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular texts. I am comfortable caring for two children at a time. I am happy to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. Knowing I can make a positive difference in a child's life brings me immense joy, and I look forward to the possibility of becoming a part of your family's support system.
