I would love to give this review to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided by (CNA) Marisa. From the moment she started working with our mother it was evident that she had a genuine passion for care giving. She not only performs all the required tasks with professionalism and skill but also goes above and beyond to make our mother comfortable and happy. Marisa skillfully manages our mother’s medications, ensures that her meals are nutritious, enjoyable and assists with mobility and personal hygiene with the upmost respect. What truly stands out is her empathy and patience. Marisa always listens attentively to our mother’s concerns and anxieties, offering reassuring companionship and a positive attitude, even during challenging times. We have also noticed Marisa's ability to communicate effectively with us, providing timely updates and addressing any questions we may have with professionalism and courtesy. As a result of Marisa's exceptional care, our mother has regained a sense of independence and joy. Our mother is more engaged with activities and is expressing a stronger sense of well-being. We couldn't be more grateful for the impact Marisa has on our family. Marisa is a true gem, and we highly recommend her to anyone seeking a compassionate, skilled, and reliable caregiver.
