*Available for after-school care for the 2024-25 school year* I've been a nanny specializing in infants and toddlers since 2005. I believe in music, art, reading, science experiments, and healthy cooking. I think in order for children to thrive, they need reliable structure, kindness, and empathy. I have been trained in the Montessori style of childcare. I've worked for families with newborns, multiples, and medically fragile infants; been a Mother's Helper, Nanny Share, Overnight Caregiver, and Household Manager; and, Potty trained more than a dozen toddler bottoms. I also have had children of my own! I have many recommendations, and most of my families are still in touch. In fact, my first "kid" just had her first baby in 2023!

Marisa has been nannying for my now 7 month old with some medical complexities for aboht three months since and has been fantastic. She is very knowledgeable (this is helpful for me as a first time mom who hasn’t been through any of this before) and has a very calming presence which is reassuring. Marisa is always on time or early, and is always flexible with scheduling. Marisa has made the transition back to the workplace much less stressful for me knowing she is being taken such good care of!
