About Marisa

I am a certified dog trainer, vet assistant, and groomer, through Animal Behavior College, I graduated in early January of 2012. I have experience in training basic obedience behaviors. I have experience working in a veterinary hospital, assisting in surgeries, drawing blood, checking vitals, and helping clients at the front desk. I worked at Flying High Pet Resort for a little over 2 years, starting as an intern, and working my way up to assisting in grooming and becoming a bather. I have also worked as a supervisor at Dioji K9 Resort and Athletic Club. As a supervisor and dog associate I was able to work efficiently to make sure all dogs and employees were well taken care of and had everything they needed. I made sure dogs were comfortable and not anxious, corrected any bad behavior with positive reinforcement, and gave lots of love to customers dogs as if they were my own.
