About Marisa

As a future Occupational Therapist with one year of experience in shadowing pediatrics and a 2-year-old nephew who I spend much time with, I am passionate about positively impacting children's lives and supporting families. My calm, friendly nature allows me to connect with children and build strong relationships. I follow parents' communication preferences and household rules to ensure consistency and respect for their parenting style. I love living an active lifestyle therefore playing outdoor games and physical activities with the child would be a joy. As well as playing educational games that foster learning, I enjoy a variety of play that caters to different interests and developmental needs. I am comfortable caring for a child and am happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. With First Aid and CPR training, along with coursework in early child development, I am well-equipped to provide a safe and nurturing environment for your child.
