My passion stems from a deep desire to support their well-being and independence, while also providing families with peace of mind. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I believe in understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities as needed. I provide respite care, transportation, run errands, assist with personal care, and perform light housekeeping. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I also have CPR and First Aid certifications.
