I work in the adult day program for Contra Costa ARC. I assist individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. Everything from meal prep to personal care. Every day is simply a blast serving amazing people. Depending on the daily schedule I could be taking participants out into the community to the park or even volunteer opportunities such as meals on wheels. I love what I do every single day and love serving those who might need extra attention and care!
