I have enjoyed being nanny to growing families for the past 15 years. I have cared for their children from birth through school age. Before becoming a nanny, I worked as a pre-school teacher for three years, served as a Sunday school teacher for 10 years and as an assistant youth director for three years. I bring with me a deep appreciation and love of children. My time with them is filled with fun and laughter, but also opportunities for exploration and cognitive and physical development. I love outdoor play filled with tree climbing, bug hunting, sliding boards and swings. I also love rainy days of crafts and books and coloring. I interact with children with respect for their perspective and with pure enjoyment of their cleverness, humor and fresh ideas. I am extremely reliable and take my duties seriously.

Marion-Frances was our Nanny for our 3 children, each from the time they were 6 weeks old. She is one of the most reliable, caring, patient, and conscientious people I know, and has lovingly cared for our kids as if they were her own. She was made to be a Nanny, and loves being around kids. She enjoys making up games, being imaginative, arts/crafts, and exploring and playing outside. My kids are familiar with every park in VA Beach thanks to her. She's high energy and fit, and keeps up with the kids in every way! She is 100% attentive to them, reads to them constantly, and loves to help them develop. She taught each child colors, shapes, letters, numbers so far ahead age expectations, they would amaze doctors and friends. From her first day on the job, Marion-Frances has given us unbelievable peace of mind while we worked, knowing how well she cared for each of them. Every day, we'd return to a clean home and happy, laughing kids. I cannot say enough good things or recommend her enough!
