I am patient, calm, creative, and approachable. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, and keep a daily log for newborns and infants. I am comfortable following your household rules.

I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. My skills include First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Child Development coursework. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping and swimming supervision. I have college education. I'm comfortable caring for more than one child at a time.

Marion was punctual and attentive to my 6 month old twins. It is evident that she has a passion for what she does. We are very appreciative of Marion’s care for our girls. 

Marion is an absolute pleasure. She is the first person we trusted with our daughter outside of family and has been so great. She helped our 4 month old get on nap schedule, she never does screen time and she’s extremely loving and knowledgeable.  I would recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced trustworthy caretaker. 

Marion did an amazing job with my 8 month old son and two dogs. She really helped me with getting comfortable with solid foods too. C warmed right up to her and enjoyed play time. She was always on time every day and very professional. Would absolutely hire her again. 

Marion helped me full time as a first time mom with my son from weeks 9-12. Even though I was breastfeeding, she was an immense help. Marion helped me with implementing a sleep/ feeding schedule and routine for my son. Before I hired her, my son would not go down in the crib and would only contact sleep (we co slept at night as well) and the first day she got him to sleep in his crib for 30 minutes! Nap times were a huge struggle since my son would fight his sleep (now I know probably due to overstimulation) and Marion was great at encouraging me and providing moral support. As a full time stay at home mom, after 3 weeks full time with Marion's help post partum, I  was able to gain enough confidence to provide care solely again for my son. Marion was always early, and always available to stay if needed. Her support during my postpartum was invaluable and I would definitely work with her again. 

Marion has been working for our family for over 3 years. She is extremely reliable, always on time, and oftentimes will come to help within an hour of our call. She does wonderful with both our 3 year old and our infant. She has even kept our house cat while we were away on vacation. We refer her to all our friends and they have thanked us a million times over because they too love her. I highly recommend Marion! We have been so thankful for her over the years!!

Our experience with Marion was absolutely wonderful. Her services were recommended to us by a friend and came with glowing endorsements! We’re from Australia and came to Fort Lauderdale for a wedding. Marion took the time to have a few calls with us before we met for the booking and she was very reassuring about the whole process. Knowing that our daughter would be so well cared for meant we could enjoy the our night stress free! We immediately felt comfortable with her and received an update that our daughter was happily settled not long after we left for the reception. Our daughter was very comfortable with her as well which is always a good sign! Marion also went above and beyond at the end of the night ensuring we got back to where we stayed safely. Would absolutely look to use her services in the future and can’t recommend her highly enough!!

We hired Marion to take care of our 15-month-old son in the afternoons and evenings while we were visiting from out of town. Marion immediately instilled confidence on day one, and she was super helpful in playing with C, singing to him, feeding him dinner, and getting him ready for bed. We would definitely recommend Marion to anyone looking for an experienced, kind, cheerful person to look after their child(ren). She also sent photos and kept us updated. 

Marion is a professional and expert care giver specializing in caring for infants and toddlers. She is currently my 4 month old daughter’s nanny and we couldn’t be happier with her loving and knowledgeable care of the baby. Marion is reliable and trust worthy and I would highly recommend her. 

When my grandson was born, I was anxious that he would have the best nanny possible because I live over 1,000 miles away. Meme was all that I could have ever hoped for in a nanny for my grandson. 
She took extremely good care of him. She was diligent about expanding his horizons by taking him to the Children's museum and other fun places. I spent many,  many hours in the company of Meme and my grandson when I visited so I saw firsthand her excellence in all she does. 
The greatest thing about Meme is that she truly and genuinely loves him. For this grandmother's heart to be at peace, and to feel so secure in the way he was taken care of, and more importantly, that he was so loved by his nanny meant more to me than I could ever express.

Marion has been our nanny since August 2021. Our son is ready for Montessori school, and we are sad to see her go. Many tears were shared when I had to give her notice. If you are looking for someone who views child care as a calling, look no further. As a working traveling mom, she has been my rock. Each time I had to leave, I never once worried about my son's well-being. She has supported me through all the phases of child development and 1st-time motherhood. She puts her family's needs above all else. She is dependable, flexible, loving, caring, supportive, and understanding, and our son adores her. I highly recommend Marion. Whoever you are, you will be the luckiest parent alive! 

Marion was an amazing help to our family! She saved us last minute when we needed childcare for our 8 month old who was feeling ill at the time. Our baby had some stranger anxiety, but Marion sang to her right when she came in and our baby had the biggest smile and loved her right away! Marion even syringe-fed our daughter because we couldn't get her to eat. We trusted her right away and appreciated so much her helping us out in our time of need!

Marion came a long way from where we lived and truly made us feel at peace. My husband and I never go out by ourselves or hired a nanny before and she made the experience amazing. Please hire her you won't regret it !

I had been looking for a good, honest, reliable and trustworthy babysitter for over a year now until I came across Marion for my children whom are both under 2 years old. She effortlessly took the most amazing care of my boys, and even took videos! If you need a sitter, look no further. She's absolutely amazing

I've waited 2 years to write a review... but my experience hiring Marion still remains so memorable it's time to share. Marion threatened to call CPS on me since my children didn't sleep on their own room. (They co slept with me at the time .) she left 5 minute long harassing voicemails on my line. And as she watched one other kid with mine she also left the same long harassing phone calls to my friend, who's child she watched for an hour. She told my friend that I spoke poorly of my friend and to watch her back. When in reality I told Marion, my friend is OK with cry it out, I am not with my children.  

Marion said all the right things while interviewing and was a capable caregiver to my children and my friends kid. She was however mentally unstable herself and I can not in good conscience recommend her to anyone.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Marion or Mimi :) we traveled to Florida for a wedding and it was our first time traveling with our 1 year old. We ended up renting a house with some friends that also had two small children ages 3 and 5, and hired Mimi to watch them. Our son went to sleep like an angel, enjoyed her songs, and being in her presence. The other small children were begging for her to come back and even shed a tear when they thought they would be asleep and miss her babysitting on the last night. She has a special way with children and made my husband and I feel extra comfortable with our 1 year old. She even taught us a few things we were not aware of (like don't wake a sleeping baby). We hope to travel back again and have her sit for us! Highly recommend Mimi if you're lucky enough to have her take care of your little ones!

We were coming from out of state looking for someone we could trust quickly with our son! She was on time and helpful with our 1 yr old son! She was there for him and was timely for my wife and my date. She was personable and we felt she took good care of our son.

Marion is our #1 choice! She is a modern day Mary Poppins. Where do I even begin? Shes punctual, dependable, sweet, EXCELLENT with intro and bonding with my children, she's honest, real and has the kids BEST interests in mind. Spending just a few minutes with her you will LEARN so much about childhood development and strategies that WORK! For example she's helping me break away from TV and iPad use and it's actually improved my child's speech development. She even suggested some really great audio books that have taught me so much. I HIGHLY recommend this professional Nanny. She's 100% interested in making a connection and difference with the family! caring for the kids is her PRIORITY. When with my children she not only entertains them she EDUCATES them. My children were drawn to her as soon as she arrived. Positive vibes as soon as she starts her work. I can't say enough good things about her. SHE'S WORTH EVERY PENNY BECAUSE I KNOW MY KIDS ARE SAFE AND LOVED IN HER CARE.

Marion worked for me when I first moved to Ft Lauderdale before my 2 year old son started daycare. 
She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and it was very clear that she has a tremendous amount of experience working with toddlers.
Although it was a transition for my son because we had just moved from NY, he was very quick to interact with Marion because of her warmth, patience and understanding. She stimulated him with age appropriate activities. She helped to reinforce his knowledge of letters, numbers and shapes. I highly recommend Marion for your childcare needs.

Mimi is the best! I am very reluctant to let anyone else watch my two toddlers, but she was so fantastic and nurturing and fun yet firm- the boys loved her. She was on time and even tidied up for us. She sent us photos of the boys throughout the night so we felt certain they were ok.  So lucky to have found her. Cannot wait to hire her again!
