Hi! I'm Marina - a warm, calm, and dependable caregiver with several years of experience working with children in both home and school settings. I believe in respectful, responsive care and in creating a safe environment where children feel seen, supported, and free to explore and grow. Families often describe me as intuitive, reliable, and very attentive to children's emotional and developmental needs. Education • Infant & Toddler Development and Care - UCLA Extension • Early Childhood Education Certificate - UC San Diego Extended Studies (expected Summer 2026) • Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations - PUCC (Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas) Certifications • Adult, Child & Baby First Aid / CPR / AED (ID 024HTMO) • Child Abuse & Neglect Mandated Reporter Training I'm bilingual (English and Portuguese) and I value clear communication, consistency, and kindness in the relationships I build with both children and families.
Since the very first day my baby girl was born, Marina has been by our side (and I truly don’t know how I would have managed without her). She has been coming to our home at least four times a week, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and has become an essential part of our family’s routine. She takes care of everything with incredible patience, love, and professionalism. From changing diapers, helping with naps, bath time, and dressing, to keeping my baby entertained and happy throughout the day. I can always count on her calm energy and her natural ability to connect with my little one. What makes Marina truly special is her dependability and genuine care. She doesn’t just do her job and she goes above and beyond. She even helps with our dog: feeding, walking, and playtime, always making sure he feels included and loved too. Having her around has given me peace of mind and the confidence that my baby is in the best hands possible. She’s not only a wonderful professional but also a warm, trustworthy person who brings joy and balance to our home. We’re so grateful to have her with us until December 2025, when our baby turns four months old, and we’ll always appreciate the care and love she’s given to our family. She also helps me with general chores at home! Highly recommended 💖
