About Marina

I interviewed Marina in person and hired her through care.com. She met my three-year-old and 7-month old baby and said that she had experience taking care of two kids. She told me upfront that she is moving to Michigan in July and that she expects to stop working in early May because she needs to prepare for the arrival of her firstborn. I hired her since I am primarily looking for someone on a limited basis. The first day that she came, she wasn't very friendly and I noticed that she did not wash her hands. I work from home and periodically would go check on her with my children. I saw her change my baby and she left her on the couch to step away to throw away her diaper. I told her to please be careful because the baby can roll over and she seemed annoyed. She does not have experience with two kids. Please be careful with this girl. She is not professional at all and not trustworthy.
