About Marina

Nurturing young minds is my passion! My journey in childcare began with years of babysitting and working as a summer camp counselor. After working in public health and human services, I'm eager to return to the joys and challenges of childcare. I have seven years of experience caring for children, and I am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time, ages 4 and up. I also love dogs as a dog-mom myself! I am patient, creative, and friendly. I love engaging children in arts and crafts, music, nature, and homework help. I enjoy playing outdoor games and board games. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or phone calls. I have Early Child Development Coursework.
