My experience includes companionship, meal preparation-I am a very good cook-medication reminders and management, transportation to appointments, shopping and errands, walking and exercise assistance, post operative care, shower assistance if needed, light housekeeping, laundry, and household and closet organization. I enjoy helping people stay physically active, mentally engaged, and as independent as possible. I also have significant experience caring for clients with Memory care needs, physical disabilities and mental health needs.
