Over 30 years of experience have shaped my deep commitment to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. Previous care roles fueled my desire to positively impact lives. I am a Licensed Practical Nurse with emergency medical experience. My personality is patient, calm, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize understanding each care recipient's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion or agitation. I follow each family's preferred communication method to discuss their loved one's well-being. I provide errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am current in CPR Training and First Aid Training. Knowing I can bring comfort and support to your family is where I find the greatest fulfillment.
