About Marilyn

I have over 30 years of experience in healthcare and caregiving, with extensive experience caring for elderly and disabled adults. I have CNA/HHA training and have provided private in-home care for clients with dementia/Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, stroke-related disabilities, and other medical needs. My experience includes companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands and shopping, transportation to appointments, mobility assistance, and helping clients remain as active and independent as possible. I understand that dementia care requires patience, compassion, consistency, and the ability to meet each person where they are. I truly enjoy working one-on-one with seniors and providing the kind of dependable, respectful care that also gives their family peace of mind. I have reliable transportation and can provide references from previous caregiving positions.
