Marilyn has worked for our family twice now. She is a sweet young lady and very respectful. When I asked my kids how their time was together, they had nothing but nice and positive things to say. She supervises them well. She even takes the time to get down on the floor and play games with them, something I need to do more myself. When I ask for screen time to be limited, that is respected as well. Marilyn has also done light housework at my request. If I have suggestions or concerns, she listens and makes an effort to oblige them. I think she will do well as a childcare provider.
