I am a dependable and energetic Personal Health & Wellness Lifestyle Coach/Companion with over 2 years experience (non-medical) working with aging adults. I am eager to offer a holistic approach in assisting clients that are experiencing dementia, Parkinson's disease or other neurological conditions. My goal is to help my clients improve their mobility and cognitive issues by engaging them in eating nutritional meals, physical activity and mental stimulation to enhance a more comfortable lifestyle. I also offer transportation services for healthcare appts, errands, shopping or events as needed. I am available Monday-Friday from 7 am-6 p.m.
