Proficient in use of Hoyer lift for Bed to Chair transfer, Placement/Insertion of G-Tube and Catheter, Oxygen & BiPAP Health care to include assistance or administering oral medication under Doctor's orders or direction, organizing medication schedule (time and dosage) and ordering medicine refills Keeping daily journal of notes as needed, detailing activities performed during the day, report any sign of physical or cognitive difficulties to facility or to family members.
