About Marilia

I am a dedicated childcare provider with over 25 years of experience caring for children from newborns to teenagers, including those with special needs. I have supported children with developmental delays and autism while building strong, trusting relationships with families. I cared for a blind child with Level 3 Autism from age 5 to 15, providing daily support with mobility, personal care, routines, and emotional development. I also worked with another child from age 10 to 18, assisting with transportation, supervision, and light household management. I have extensive experience with infants and young children, including caring for two siblings from newborn and 5 months through early childhood. Most recently, I cared for a young boy with Level 1 Autism from 3 to 20 months, using Montessori-inspired, screen-free care, supporting motor development, and speaking Portuguese daily. I am patient, reliable, and deeply committed to each child's growth and well-being.
