We were initially very happy with our experience. She was punctual, engaging, and built a great rapport with our children. They truly enjoyed their time with her, and she even brought her own child along, which worked out well as the kids got along wonderfully. Unfortunately, while the start was promising, our experience ended on a disappointing note. After a week off due to illness (which we completely understood and were flexible about), she confirmed she would return the following week. However, the night before, we reached out to reconfirm and received no response. We waited the next day expecting her arrival, but she never showed. Despite a follow-up message giving her the opportunity to let us know if things weren’t working out, we still received no reply. Reliability and communication are essential when it comes to childcare. While we were initially excited to leave a positive review, the lack of communication and follow-through left us in a difficult position and forced to miss work. We truly hope everything is okay on her end, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet the level of professionalism and reliability we needed.
