About Mari

I enjoy working in childcare, and want to be a teacher in the future, so I value any and all types of experience involving kids, whether that be in a classroom setting, or a home setting. I have years of experience as a counselor at a literacy-based camp with many neurodivergent children, which has given me the tools needed to work with ADHD/autistic kids, and as a student teacher in multiple elementary and middle schools, so I know how to not only keep kids entertained, but make sure they're doing their homework while their parents aren't around, too. My classroom experience lets me keep things organized and my work with kids in the summer means I can make things fun, too, to ensure a well-rounded time with any kids I care for.
