About Mariette

Hi! My name is Mariette, and I’m a teacher with several years of experience working with students of all ages. I currently teach high school Spanish and have also worked in middle school PE and elementary after-school programs, so I’m comfortable supporting a wide range of learners. I offer tutoring in English/Language Arts, foreign language (especially Spanish), science, and physical education. I love helping students build confidence, whether that’s improving reading and writing, practicing language skills, preparing for tests, or developing healthy habits. My approach is patient, encouraging, and personalized. I aim to make learning engaging and approachable while meeting each student where they are. I’m reliable, organized, and passionate about helping students grow both academically and personally.
