I worked as a finance manager for 12 years before choosing to be a full time wife and mother for 23 years. To make learning fun, I volunteered as a Girl Scout leader (8 years), Sunday school teacher (5 years), room mom, soccer mom, dance mom, and little league softball mom. I am certified and volunteer (2015 - present) for HRET (Holistic Riding Equestrian Therapy in Lemont) working with special needs kids. We focus on developing motor skills, core strengthening, increasing confidence and building self esteem. I also help train our riders to participate in the Equestrian Special Olympics. I will always encourage healthy snacks but, I do bake an awesome batch of cookies on request! (Just saying :) As an added bonus, I'm a great doggie walker and stroller pusher. I'm devoted to providing excellent child care while being consistent with the family's rules and lifestyle.

Marietta cared for our daughter from four to eight months old while we waited for a daycare spot, and she quickly became a seamless part of our family routine. She was punctual, communicative, caring, and always open to feedback. Her light housekeeping—especially her amazing laundry folding—was a huge help as I balanced work and home life. We will truly miss her, and any family would be lucky to have her as part of their village.
