About Marie

I left my job in consulting to spend 5 months traveling internationally. Back in the Bay Area after 7+ years on the East Coast, I plan to continue my sabbatical until the end of 2025 before I decide my next step. Given I will have flexibility through the end of summer and into the late fall, I'll be able to provide medium-term support if that fits with your needs. While I babysat a lot as a teenager, this is my first time formally babysitting since entering the corporate world. Most recently I have cared for children 3-9 years old including twins. I am also the eldest of four, so needless to say caregiving is in my DNA! It's exciting to reconnect with this part of my life. I love being active - taking kids to the park, baking fun treats, and reading books together. I offer a thoughtful, caring approach, and I'd love the opportunity to help and provide reliable, fun, and engaging care for your child/children! I grew up with dogs and have a cat so I am good with all animals!
