About Marie

Hello! I have a doctorate from Columbia University, a master's degree from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree from UCSD. I'm an experienced college professor with a passion for helping students build confidence and succeed academically. I have taught psychology, human development, neuroscience, and physiology courses at multiple colleges and universities, working with students from diverse backgrounds and learning styles. I have also worked with school-aged children in learning and developmental settings, giving me experience supporting younger students as they strengthen academic skills, confidence, focus, and age-appropriate learning strategies. I can provide support in psychology, biology, neuroscience, physiology, research methods, statistics, writing, APA style, study skills, and general academic organization.
