About Marie Rolanda

Bringing comfort and support to seniors is truly a calling for me. My journey in care began with a deep passion for supporting adults and seniors' well-being and independence. Building on positive experiences in previous roles, I have two years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with a patient and calm demeanor. I believe understanding a person's preferences and history is key. I offer verbal updates during visits, and I am happy to run errands, prepare meals, and provide light housekeeping. I speak both English and French fluently. I earned my high school degree. I am also CPR and First Aid trained. Knowing I can make a positive difference in someone's day is what I find most rewarding.
