About Marie

Hello! I am a prof health & wellness coach, who also helps clients in need of a Care Companion (CC) or Personal Assistant (PA). My clients hire me because they want to live their best life with support in staying in their home, continue meaningful access to their community & friends, exercise choice and have agency, & keep their independence as possible! In my coaching, I use my knowledge in metabolic nutrition, sleep restoration, tissue healing, functional movement, better organization of the client's environment, & improved stress response. We do this together with simple everyday tools and small patient steps. With my personal care clients, I offer these skills as you like, while providing compassionate care, daily life supports, and a warm and friendly approach that brings meaningful human connection and sometimes fun, to our time together.
