For the past 10 years, I have been helping students unlock their potential. I am a certified teacher with a college degree. I speak English and French. My teaching philosophy centers on personalized support, building confidence, and fostering a love for learning. I actively listen to students and observe how they engage with new material, adapting my teaching methods to suit their individual learning styles. I vary my strategies with visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and breaking down complex problems into manageable steps. Communication is essential for understanding student needs and building trust. The most rewarding aspect of tutoring is seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills. I can help with Math, Foreign Language, Music & Drama at the Elementary School and Adult levels. I am comfortable tutoring at the student's home or the library.
