Making a difference in the lives of students and seniors is what drives me. As a special education teacher, I bring a unique passion for helping others feel independent and cared for. I have more than 12 years of experience providing reliable care and supporting students and their families with advocacy, self-care, transition services to adulthood and know that connection matters most. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including written daily reports and verbal updates. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I have a college degree and provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my skills and caring nature to your family.
