About Mariel

Empowering students to reach their full potential is the cornerstone of my three years of tutoring experience. I hold a college degree and specialize in helping students from elementary through high school master subjects including Math, English, Science, and Special Education. I create an engaging, supportive, and patient environment for every learner. By actively listening and observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my methods to fit your unique learning style. I keep you motivated by celebrating small successes and providing consistent positive reinforcement. Because clear communication builds trust, I prioritize a collaborative relationship with both you and your parents. Nothing is more rewarding than watching your confidence grow as you master new skills. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, I am ready to help you succeed. I look forward to embarking on this learning journey with you.
