Mariela is a gem. Our first reason for hiring her was her gentle nature. Our second reason was her ability to adapt to our needs. Every morning our 3 year old asks if she's coming and is excited to see her. I work from home while also homeschooling my 4 kids (13,11,8,3). Mariela makes delicious meals (B,L,D), does the laundry, cleans the kitchen, and tidies giving me more time with work and family. She also tends to the kids as needed (especially my 3 yo) and will do grocery shopping, park runs, and carpooling as needed. She speaks fluent English with the kids and helps me with my Spanish fluency. She is valued and adored.
