With four years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I provide compassionate, dependable care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those I support. My background includes home health, long-term care, rehabilitation, and hospice care, allowing me to confidently care for clients with a wide range of physical and cognitive needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have experience caring for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's disease and am comfortable adapting to changing routines. My skills include assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting), medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation, mobility assistance, transfers, sit-to-stands, gait belts, Hoyer lifts, vital signs, and helping clients safely maintain as much independence as possible.
