As a student aide for two years at Infant Toddler Center in Irvine I was able to acquire experiences assisting teachers and supervisor from the center. I assisted teachers with toddler interactions and education progress. Recognize individual child s needs and treated individual children respectfully and with sensitivity. Had strong communication, I used positive language and guidance with children. Interacted with children and parents of different backgrounds. I also asked for help if necessary when dealing with conflict. Assisted with room clean up in a timely and efficient manner and without reminders. I obtained professional work habits like maintaining professional relationships with staff, showed initiative and dependable, and lastly, my attendance was consistent and on time.
