I'm a psychologist and childcare professional with 8 years of hands-on experience with children from infants to preescolares, including children with special needs such as ASD and ADHD. I've worked comfortably with traditional, adoptive, single-parent, families of color and LGBTQ+ households; and I adapt easily whether you work from home or outside. I've worked in full-time, part-time, occasional, one-time, and overnight roles. I'm comfortable caring for one or multiple children at a time while always maintaining a responsable, respectful and attentive approach. I bring more than just supervision to your home. I create a safe, engaging environment where children don't just play, they grow. Whether it's building emotional skills, improving communication or gently redirecting challenging behaviors.
